Chief Design Estimate Engineer (46K–53K) (SDG-92441) หัวหน้าวิศวกรประมาณการการออกแบบ <Job Responsibilities> - Responsible for providing complete quantity take-off, analysis, and estimate, and studies for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope - Identify design and constructability issues and analysis to determine constructability - Define more cost-efficient alternatives to the proposed scope of project - Act as a connection between subcontractors, design team (architects, engineers, consultants), and client - Calculate the design of the Clean room system. <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 40 years old - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relate field - At least 5 years experience in Estimate Engineer - Experience working with Air Conditioning System, Clean room system, Dry room system - Experience in reviews project plans, specifications, estimating scopes and pricing prepared - Experience of using AutoCAD (2D/3D) [reading, no designing] - Conversational level in English (Normally use for Email) <Preferable Skills / Experiences> - Engineering license - Japanese Certificate Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: BTS UdomSuk Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday [SAT: None, work in office, occasionally work on site]) About the Benefits 46,000–53,000THB About the company Product & Service: Construction project- clean room system, dry room system, HVAC system Business Type: Construction / Home Building;
