<Job Responsibilities>
- Coordinate among Customer Service, Client and Garage (Fix & Maintenance agent)
- Hearing client's requirement/ questions from Customer Service team
- Visiting client (company car, drive by own) for primary car and auto part check - Contact and deal with Garage for inspect matters, Quotation and reduce the cost for unnecessary parts and repairing term.
- Follow up car maintenance.
- Test drive.
- Other tasks as assigned.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 24 - 28 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 3 yrs as Customer/ Technician Support, Purchasing or Technician (Automotive/ Auto Parts)
- Car Maintenance knowledge with test drive skill
- Good English (Conv mid+)
- Driving License
- Excellent communication skills with service minded

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in Japanese Company

Workplace Area: BTS Ploen ChitBangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday (Sat: None))

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ประสานงานระหว่างฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า ลูกค้า และโรงรถ (ตัวแทนซ่อมและบำรุงรักษา)
- รับฟังความต้องการ/คำถามของลูกค้าจากทีมบริการลูกค้า
- ออกเยี่ยมลูกค้า (รถบริษัท ขับเอง) เพื่อตรวจสอบรถหลักและอะไหล่ - ติดต่อและตกลงกับ Garage เพื่อตรวจสอบเรื่อง ใบเสนอราคา และลดค่าใช้จ่ายในส่วนที่ไม่จำเป็นและระยะเวลาการซ่อม
- ติดตามการบำรุงรักษารถ
- ทดลองขับ.
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 24 - 28 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในตำแหน่งลูกค้า/ช่างเทคนิค ฝ่ายจัดซื้อ หรือช่าง (ยานยนต์/ อะไหล่รถยนต์)
- ความรู้เรื่องการดูแลรถพร้อมทดลองขับ
- ภาษาอังกฤษดี (Conv mid+)
- ใบขับขี่
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดีเยี่ยม มีใจบริการ

- มีประสบการณ์ในบริษัทญี่ปุ่น
