Call Center (16K-20K) (SDG-25288) <Job Responsibilities> Manage inbound calls in a timely manner Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, provide solutions and/or alternatives Professionally present and answer questions about products to get customers' order and meet daily target Enter and update customer information in the database
