<Job responsibilities>
1. Delivery control
- Process order input to system
- To monitor delivery on time and report to customer (order balance)
- Expedite and Negotiate with the factory for delivery improvement
- Contact supplier, forwarder and broker to arrange shipment
- To adjust delivery request based on customer's requirement
- To cancel order according to customer's requirement
- Analyse current delivery supply to customer
- Manage Service performance and Report KPI results to team leader monthly
2. Stock management
- To upload forecast and monitor forecast delivery situation
- To analyse forecast and customer demand trends
- To take advance action of stock adjustment based on current demand situation
- Analyse the cause of slow-moving stock and manage the slow-moving cargo
- Manage stock and Report situation with team leader monthly
- Return or transfer cargo to clear dead stock
- Issue scrap proposal form
- Check physical inventory at warehouse
3. Negotiation & Problem solving
- Understand customer requirements and offer a better choice or Service to customers
- Negotiated with customers for win-win solutions
- Visit customers for negotiating or Solving any issues related with operation
