Business Development Specialist (Tire Franchises) (47K–65K) (SDG-114670)


<Job responsibilities>
- Develop and implement business strategies to enhance franchise performance, operational procedures, and best practices to optimize performance.
- Providing initial and ongoing training programs for franchise (dealer) and their teams on brand protocols, customer service, and business management.
- Establish POS system and implement to deliver to our franchise (dealer) network in order to Develop sale and marketing activity.
- Get marketing insight and work with marketing TEAM to initiatives marketing activity to enhance brand visibility and Establish Big Data for CRM and loyalty program and collaborate with franchisees to ensure brand consistency and adherence to standards.
- Reviewing contracts, processing new & renewals, and enforcing licensing expectations to achieve company goal.
- Proven track record on managing franchise operations and development.
- Monitoring and analyzing franchise performance metrics, identifying challenges, and recommending improvements and driving large Data feeds, complex analytical tasks and working with large Data sets and provide report to management on monthly basis.
- Addressing and resolving issues franchisees face in day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and problem-solving abilities.
- Other duties as assigned.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 27 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- At least 3 years experience in running franchise operations and management or related field.
- Conversational High level of English(Excellent written and verbal communication skills.)
- Can work with a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel and acceptance to occasionally
- Travel to work outside office & up-country. (for Visiting franchises almost every day)
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships.
- Logical Thinking, flexible and Open-Minded.
- Strong communication skills to convey Thinking and decisions and the Ability to Get people along on the journey.
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Experience in the automotive industry
