<Job Responsibilities>
Consulting project
・Work closely with C-suite clients to identify key success factors, craft strategic directions, and create change management plans that win buy-in for the team's recommendations.
・Lead and direct diverse teams of consulting talent to deliver strategic and sustainable solutions to clients, while ensuring high-quality project delivery.

Communication
・Communicate findings and recommendations as deliverables to executives of client
・Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients across different levels and functions.

Marketing and Sales
・Drive sales and marketing activities, including developing proposals and presenting them in pitching sessions.
・Represent the company and expand its network by presenting at conferences and events.

Organization
・Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants to maintain high standard of project delivery and foster their professional growth
・Contribute to the development of the company's consulting methodology and approach

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 40 - 45 years old
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or any related.
・At least 5 years experience as a consultant(Manager level) in consulting firm
・Led multiple projects with at least 2 project members
・English: Professional level (both spoken and written)
・Proficiency in Microsoft Offices esp. Excel and PowerPoint for presentation

2. Client relationship management: Strong client management skills, building trust-based relationships, and creating opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
3. Problem solving skills: ability to analyze, resolve complex problems, and formulate plans to implement recommendations and overcome objections
4. Excellent interpersonal skills: excellent communication with people who are of differing levels of seniority, analytical understandings and backgrounds
5. Organized and structured: can manage multiple, competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines and pressure
