Business Consultant (Senior Associate level) (90K–110K) (SDG-93432)

<Job Responsibilities>
Consulting project
・Take responsibility of managing multiple projects
・Lead, direct teams, and work closely with clients to understand their business needs and objectives
・Support in executing solutions by hands-on approaches to achieve project goals

Communication
・Communicate findings and recommendations as deliverables to executives of client
・Build trust-based relationships with clients through close collaboration to grasp their concerns, design change plans, and gain acceptance for the team's proposed solutions

Marketing and Sales
・In charge of some sales and marketing activities
・develop proposal development and present in pitching
・Present at conferences and events to represent the company and expand the company's network

Organization
・Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants to maintain high standard of project delivery and foster their professional growth
・Contribute to the development of the company's consulting methodology and approach

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years experience with intensive knowledge in the consulting firm - Ability for hard work with strong commitment to the project success
- Good in English:both spoken and written, internal and external
- Microsoft Offices esp. Excel and PowerPoint for presentation
- Able to do OT as required

- Problem solving skills: ability to analyze, resolve complex problems, and formulate plans to implement recommendations and overcome objections
- Excellent interpersonal skills: excellent communication with people who are of differing levels of seniority, analytical understandings and backgrounds
- Organized and structured: can manage multiple, competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines and pressure
