Business Administration Staff (27K–32K) (SDG-118427)

<Job responsibilities>
1. Pre-Business set up
- Support sample for testing purposes
- Support Environment test report, certificate, survey, datasheet
2. Price Preparation and Price Control
- Price negotiation with both customer and internal
- Making a Quotation for a new inquiry, cost down, revise exchange rate
3. Operations management
- Register a new part in the system
- Recover order which error
- Monitor Gross Contribution Margin (GCM) and recover minus GCM
- Credit/Debit Note issue in case wrong price update/sales to customer
4. Others
- Summary daily job for sharing among team members every month
- Support team improvement project


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 23 - 28 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales Support/Sales Coordinator from a trading company (any industry)
- Have experience in price handling (Quotation) and price negotiation
- Person who prefers document task as main job
- Conversational High level in English (for Communication with Japanese staff and Japanese customers)
- Good Computer ability, Excel skills (Vlookup / If / formula)
- Have a customer satisfaction mindset and be able to work under pressure
- Have an innovation mindset for operational improvement
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience from Electronics Trading company
- TOEIC Score 650+
- Can start working immediately

Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Monday - Friday, Time-In: 07:30 - 09:00 AM. (Can select)Time-Out: 04.30 - 06.00 PM)
