Work outline: Support Engineering team for preparing documentation for applying production permit and other related permit, liaise with government organization
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Prepare and process permit and license applications e.g. Building Modification License (Aor 1), Building Modification Certification (Aor 6), Controlled Energy Production Permit (PorKor2) including supporting document
Ø Analyze and deal with permit applications accurately and efficiently within the agreed timescales and in line with national conditions
Ø Assist in the coordination of permits working as part of a team to resolve any conflicts, refusals or directions or variation requests which must be acted on immediately by updating the permit as required
Ø Maintain precise and accurate and up to date records in line with permit procedures and relevant regulations and laws
Ø Assist in managing the fees, fines, charges and ensure they are managed in line with the Permit Procedures
Ø Liaise with government authorities to ensure the applications and supporting documents are accepted and obtained within the reasonable timeframe
Ø Coordinate with government officers to follow up the applications progress. Maintain the relationship with government authorities
Ø Answer various questions regarding permits and license which is necessary required. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Female only, age 23-30 years
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in any field
Ø At least 1 years’ experience in applying BOI documents/contacting with Government Department
Ø Be able to travel to assigned
