BOI staff (EMS) (23K–28K) (SDG-110186) เจ้าหน้าที่ BOI (EMS) <Job responsibilities> - Oversee day-to-day operations related to BOI and Customs and provide adequate support to the team - Oversee and ensure compliance with BOI and Customs - Support import/export-related operations - Communicate BOI/Customs regulatory updates to relevant departments - Extend BOI privilege and Submit a report of company performance to BOI - HTS Classification - Other duties assigned <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - ดูแลการปฏิบัติงานประจำวันที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ BOI และศุลกากร และให้การสนับสนุนทีมงานอย่างเพียงพอ - ดูแลและปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดของ BOI และศุลกากร - รองรับงานด้านนำเข้า/ส่งออก - แจ้งความคืบหน้าเกี่ยวกับกฎระเบียบ BOI/ศุลกากร ไปยังหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง - ขยายสิทธิ BOI และยื่นรายงานผลการดำเนินงานของบริษัทฯ ต่อ BOI - การจำแนกประเภท HTS - หน้าที่อื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 35 years old - Bachelor's degree - At least 3 years of working experience in BOI in a manufacturing or trading company - knowledge of BOI, BOI laws, and BOM - Conversational high-level English skills (for email/documentation) - Can join immediately or short period of notice - Good Microsoft Excel skill <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Logistic Management or a related field - knowledge of import/export - Familiarity with Customs broker qualifications, inbound and outbound clearance processes, free zone regulations, and Customs/ BOI systems is highly desirable.
