<Position Objective/Expectation >
- To take care all of activity in QA&QC Session

<Job Responsibilities>
・Manage labor control and volume of job assignments for each staff.
・Coordinate with other departments to ensure quality.
・Report quality problems to management and procedure of quality concern.
・Inspect procedure until products meet quality standards and specifications are attained.
・Conduct audit and Quality risk analysis at the production site.
・Contact with the client and report to the parent company.
・Manage documents and report which is needed to submit to the client.
・Trouble shooting by analysis and making countermeasures to reduce monthly & daily problems.
・Perform other tasks assigned.
・Keep KPI targets and analyzes the problem to achieve KPI.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, process or industrial) fields.
・Have working experience at around 5 years of QA&QC in manufacturing fields.
・At least 2 years of management experience as QA&QC in the manufacturing industry.
・Experience in budget control, improvement plan, internal audit, lead accessor, lead auditor, and supplier audit.
・Have knowledge about ISO9001/ ISO14001.
・Have knowledge of 5W1H, 8D, PSW, PPAP, APQP, FMEA report.
・Advance conversation level middle level in English
