Assistant Marketing Manager (40K-60K) (SDG-76265)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Assist Senior General Manager to develop sales plan and target.
- Manage sales call to visit new clients (located in the industrial area in Chonburi, Rayong and Bangkok).
- Monitor the potential clients and make appointment for the Assistant Managing Director for sales presentation.
- Managing schedule to make appointment between clients and concerned section / department (such as Quantity Surveyor & Cost Planning Department, Design Department, etc..) for surveying area and quotation preparation for construction work.
- Develop relationships with regular and new clients.
- Ensure all sales representative activities and make summary of Sales Report to the Assistant Managing Director as assigned.
- Monitor and ensure the result after-sales service for maintain good quality and service until handover that our products are meet the clients’ satisfaction and requirement.
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skills / Experiences >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 27-40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum experience 3 years in as sales/business development or related from construction / building materials industry.
- Good English communication (documentation, meeting both internal and with client)
- Good computer literacy (MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good presentation skill
- Own car with driving license

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- From construction company (main or sub-contractor)
- Can join immediately or short period of notice
- Proven English test certificate

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ช่วยผู้จัดการทั่วไปอาวุโสในการพัฒนาแผนการขายและเป้าหมาย
- บริหารการขายเพื่อเยี่ยมลูกค้าใหม่ (ตั้งอยู่ในเขตอุตสาหกรรมชลบุรี ระยอง และกรุงเทพฯ)
- ติดตามผู้มีโอกาสเป็นลูกค้าและนัดหมายผู้ช่วยกรรมการผู้จัดการเพื่อนำเสนอการขาย
- จัดการตารางนัดหมายระหว่างลูกค้าและส่วน/หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง (เช่น ฝ่ายสำรวจปริมาณและวางแผนต้นทุน ฝ่ายออกแบบ ฯลฯ..) สำหรับพื้นที่สำรวจและจัดเตรียมใบเสนอราคาสำหรับงานก่อสร้าง
- พัฒนาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าประจำและลูกค้าใหม่
- ดูแลกิจกรรมของตัวแทนขายและจัดทำสรุปรายงานการขายต่อผู้ช่วยกรรมการผู้จัดการตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ติดตามและรับประกันผลการบริการหลังการขาย เพื่อรักษาคุณภาพและบริการ จนกระทั่งส่งมอบผลิตภัณฑ์ให้ตรงตามความพึงพอใจและความต้องการของลูกค้า
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 27-40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในด้านการขาย / การพัฒนาธุรกิจหรือที่เกี่ยวข้องในอุตสาหกรรมการก่อสร้าง / วัสดุก่อสร้าง
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (เอกสาร, ประชุมทั้งภายในและกับลูกค้า)
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี (MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
- มีทักษะการนำเสนอที่ดี
- มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว มีใบขับขี่

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- มาจากบริษัทก่อสร้าง (ผู้รับเหมาหลักหรือผู้รับเหมาช่วง)
- สามารถเข้าร่วมได้ทันทีหรือระยะเวลาสั้น ๆ ของการแจ้งให้ทราบ
- ใบรับรองการทดสอบภาษาอังกฤษที่ได้รับการพิสูจน์แล้ว
