Assistant Key Account Manager (35K-60K) (JO-180404-151126)
Work outline: Assist the brand manager and the marketing manager and analyses sales report.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy.
Initiate, plan and execute retails programs, salon service across the marketing activities.
Follow the strategic planning to improve key account salon sales and meeting with the top clients.
Responsible for weekly, monthly sales report as well as KPI report for distributors/clients.
Monitor marketing expense by main clients and other contract customers.
Coordinate daily customer service operations and evaluate their needs and handle complaints from customers.
Corporate with both internal and external to keep business running smoothly and manage more than one client account.
Other tasks as assigned by manager.

Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality only, Male/female, Age 25-35 years old
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business administration, Sales or related field.
2-3 years’ experience in sales and marketing, management, key account management or any related field.
Superior Excel skills such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Table Formatting and Creating Charts and able to evaluate and analyses the number in terms marketing field.
Leadership, organizational abilities and good team player
Interpersonal and communication skills
Strong negotiation skills and be able to handle customer’s complain
Problem-solving attitude
Able to stay focused during busy times and multitask skills.

Preferable:
Experience in Salon Management, Spa Management, Beauty Clinic Management.

Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None


Workplace Area: BTS Asoke
Working Hour: 8.30 – 17.30 (Monday – Friday)

Salary: 35,000 – 60,000 THB including all allowance
