About this Job
Work outline: Manage a team including contact commercial department.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare commercial documents for the Project from the beginning
Ø To analyze Power Purchase Agreement
Ø To support commercial leader and also support company to obtain relevant license and permission to conduct power business in Thailand
Ø Negotiate with EPC contractor together with the commercial leader.
Ø Coordinate and communicate with companies, EGAT and also communicate with EPC contractor to make sure that the project becomes feasible and successful.
After conclusion and execution until completion of construction
Ø Support commercial leader to deal with commercial matters such as payment, change order and also solve conflict with EPC contract.
Ø To deal with any commercial issue related to EGAT.
Ø Others where necessary
After completion of construction
Ø To deal with EGAT about commercial procedure and solve any commercial conflict together.
Ø Others where necessary
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 35-45 years old
Ø Bachelor Degree
Ø Have experience of working in Independent Power Producer Thailand/ Japanese trading company or any related field
Ø Able to prepare work to concluding PPA with EGAT or equivalent
Ø Background knowledge about technical construction and experience in O&M of power plant
Ø Good communication skill in fluent English for communicate with co-workers
Ø Able to translate document into English in terms of technical terminology where necessary.
Ø Able to organize, manage and work under the high pressure
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: BTS Chong Nonsi
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17.00 (Monday to Friday)
