Assistant Accounting Manager(Overall operation) (50K–80K) (SDG-110143)
ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายบัญชี (ฝ่ายปฏิบัติการโดยรวม)

<Job responsibilities>
<Accounting Operation>
- Process month-end closing, check completeness of transactions (Sales-AR, Purchase-AP, cash received, payment, general journal)
- Analysis and checking for finding reason of discrepancies of each GL in each accounting period for adjustment and month-end closing process on time and sent to accounting manager.
- Conduct and monitoring of accounting process of Head office to be accordance with accounting principles and standards.
- Check the accuracy of documents and Summarizing salary payments and social security payments of employees under the Head office and foreign executives.
- Prepare Financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to present to the accounting manager for presentation in the management Report.
- Control and Check accounting transactions of expenses of executives member.
- Summary of operating results. Analyze and present management reports to the accounting manager. to provide information for management and decision making.
- Facilitate external auditors to Audit the accounts and Financial statements of the Head office by clarifying and Providing relevant information. and answer various questions from auditors in the areas under their responsibility.
<Budgeting>
- Control and prepare the company's budget (Business Plan and Revised Business Plan) to be completed according to the planned schedule.
- Contact various departments. related to obtaining information to support budget preparation.
- Plan and Prepare the annual budget of the accounting and finance department. (Head office) to be efficient.
- Analyze and follow up on expenses as requested in the budget.
- Compare budget plan with actual expenses for each department. to be used as information for planning and adjusting the budget for the next year.
- Prepare monthly expenses reports by the department (actual vs budget plan).
<Taxation>
- Control and Inspect various withholding tax payment forms and tax calculations to be correct. before approving the tax submission to the revenue department within the specified time.
- Follow up on the delivery of Financial accounting documents as requested by the area revenue department for verification.
- Controlling the preparation of reports and remitting the company's taxes to be correct according to the Revenue Code.
- Control the preparation of Input tax accounting. Subordinate sales tax by checking the tax Invoice report preparation of Purchase tax reports and Subordinate sales tax.
- Collaborate with supervisors to Prepare tax plans. summary of Profit-loss statement within the set estimate


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 39 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 10 years in accounting fields with manufacturing company (Overall operation)
- Experience in Manage team and review the documents
- Able to Communicate in English for Communicate with Japanese management (Conversational high level)
- Management Experiences (Have Subordinate)
- Proficient in Microsoft office ex. Excel
- Having SAP knowledge
- Able to visit Udontani Branch (4-5 days per year)
- Leadership skill

Working Hour: 9:00-17:00(Mon-Fri(WIO)08.45-17.00 (DEC-APR))

- มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารจัดการทีมงานและตรวจสอบเอกสาร
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้เพื่อสื่อสารกับผู้บริหารชาวญี่ปุ่น (สนทนาระดับสูง)
- ประสบการณ์การบริหารจัดการ (มีทีม)
- เชี่ยวชาญ Microsoft office เช่น Excel
- มีความรู้ด้าน SAP
- สามารถไปสาขาอุดรธานีได้ (4-5 วันต่อปี)
- ทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ
