Asset Management Manager (Auto Leasing/ Rental Car) (50K-60K) (SDG-75198)
ผู้จัดการฝ่ายบริหารสินทรัพย์ (ออโต้ลีสซิ่ง/ รถเช่า)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage stock of disposal vehicle, analyze auction result and used car market situation
- Make auction plan in order to achieve target and get more profit
- Manage stock of spare vehicle, maintain good condition and readiness
- Analyze maintenance cost and other service costs of used car
- Coordinate with Sales and customers for safe driving training
- Coordinate with related parties and work with Management as assigned
- Other tasks as assigned.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 35-40 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 5 years’ experience in auto leasing or rental car business is required. (Need to resign first)
- Strong ability to analyze used car market situation
- Excellent in cost & budget planning and analysis
- Good English (presentation, report, document tasks)
- MS Excel (V-Look up, Pivot table)
- Proactive, good communication and interpersonal skills

<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
- Macros, MS Access, Power BI

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- บริหารจัดการสต๊อกรถทิ้ง วิเคราะห์ผลการประมูล และสถานการณ์ตลาดรถใช้แล้ว
- วางแผนการประมูลเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายและได้รับผลกำไรมากขึ้น
- บริหารจัดการสต๊อกรถอะไหล่ รักษาสภาพดีและความพร้อม
- วิเคราะห์ค่าบำรุงรักษาและค่าบริการอื่นๆ ของรถใช้แล้ว
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายขายและลูกค้าเพื่ออบรมการขับขี่อย่างปลอดภัย
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องและทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายบริหารตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 35-40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านสินเชื่อรถยนต์หรือธุรกิจให้เช่าอย่างน้อย 5 ปี (ต้องลาออกก่อน)
- มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ตลาดรถยนต์ใช้แล้วอย่างดี
- ยอดเยี่ยมในการวางแผนและวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนและงบประมาณ
- ภาษาอังกฤษดี (การนำเสนอ รายงาน งานเอกสาร)
- MS Excel (V-Look up, ตาราง Pivot)
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารเชิงรุก มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาคณิตศาสตร์ สถิติ บริหารธุรกิจ เศรษฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- Macros, MS Access, Power BI
