<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Be able to work long time and able to be Manager level in futur
- Be able to manage as supervisor level

<Job Responsibilities>
- Plan production control for assigned assembly departments
- Develop the subordinate skill to complete their daily work, and supervise the production team to manage and excuse production projects.
- Maintain production operational product integrity, quality and delivery in all aspects.
- Reports to Manager about monthly production summary and trouble
- Create maintenance plans for machines, equipment, tools and control operations.
- Maintain and improve the development of department and the related function within to achieve or exceed the target of quality, cost and delivery upon year.
- Operate according to ISO14001 / IAFT
- Other assigned tasks

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or related
- At least 3 years experience in production control (Assembly) in automotive parts in the manufacturing industry
- At least 5 years as Production leader (Assembly) in automotive part in the manufacturing industry.
- Conversation low level of English
- Able to use Microsoft program
- Good knowledge in ISO 14001, IATF
