Work outline: Responsible for assures consistent quality of productions
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Incoming inspection :
Ø Co-operate with supplier or department concerning to take corrective action of the raw material quality issue.
Ø Control of Quality in Process and Final Inspection
Ø Development and Improvement Quality with solve problem and preventive problem
Ø Co-operate with customer in case found the quality problems.
Ø Improvement the operation standard and document to support final inspection process.
Ø Summarize monthly quality problem include in house and customer process.
Ø New model :
Ø Control Quality include document preparation of new model event include new part and mold approval
Ø Improvement the documentation to support of quality function such as work instruction, inspection report / data etc.
Ø Calibration and Measurement System Analysis
Ø Define calibration and Measurement Systems Analysis Planning
Ø Internal and External Calibration control
Ø Proceed Measurement system analysis as control plan definition
Ø Quality and Environment Systems (IATF16949, ISO14001)
Ø Established, Corrected and Updated of documentation on quality and environment system include take action of audit finding on quality and environment system (internal and external)
Ø Create Process and Process audit
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 28-34 years
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Engineer or other related field
Ø More than 5 years QA experience in automotive related industry
Ø Good knowledge in ISO
Preferable:
Ø Experience in textile industry
Ø IATF16949 preferred
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Company Suttle Bus from Central Bangna
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri / Need to work in Saturday every 2 weeks)
