Architectural and construction management (JP) (40K–60K) (SDG-115574)

<Job responsibilities>
- Responsible for construction management of new stores (*There are 8 stores in Thailand and 5 to 10 new stores open yearly)
- Plan, Review and revise interior design guidance based on Japanese HQ.
- Project management of construction to complete as scheduled(manage quality, process etc.)
- Manage tender
- Order construction to developers
- Coordinate with developers, Government, designers, general contractors and subcontractors
- Report to Japanese HQ
- Troubleshoot ongoing problems
- Other duties as assigned


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of working experience as construction management in contruction
- Conversational middle level of English (for reading and writing level)
- Conversational high level of Japanese (for communicate with Japanese expats and HQ)
- Can Go on a domestic Business trip
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in construction management as management
- Can use AutoCAD
- Experience as architect, construction supervisor, electrical Engineer and store interior design
- Have driving license
- Network with event companies, printing companies, and social media agencies

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : Conversational

Workplace Area: Discuss in the interview (Bangkok area)
Working Hour: 10:00-22:00(Before store open : Mon - Fri : 9:00 - 18:00
After Store Open :Shift work: 8 hours / day (they will work at department store))
