AR Accounting (Senior Level) (34K–35K) (SDG-115252)

<Job responsibilities>
- Upload AR Collection: Received Voucher
- Manual Tax Invoice Control and record FOC Tire (Tire Quota for Internal & External, Marketing Activities) in Excel file
- Credit note and Debit note offset manual
- Responsible for AR Collection
- Control the cheque from customer and pay-in to bank
- Mapping customer transfer with bank statement
- Issue receipt to customer
- Record account receivable voucher
- Update customer Collection Data in outstanding uncollectible report and monthly Collection report
- Follow up late payment
- Closing AR Aging with HT system and Prepare monthly Collection report.
- Closing and prepare Vat selling 0% and 7% report
- Monitor overdue and Credit limit workflow in HT system.
- Handling of reconciliation for Balance sheet
- Assets (Cheque on hand, Account Receivable, Allowance for doubtful bad debts
- Liabilities (Advances received other)
- Prepared Data of billing notes (REP)
- Record the new customer registration documents in Navision
- Checking Assets at shop and Prepare summary report.
- Coordinate and prepare ad-hoc reports as internal auditor and external auditor request:
(Account receivable, Confirmation letter (AR), G/L Account)
- Filling Documents (Duplicate receipt , Received voucher)
- ad hoc. request by internal and external parties


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 23 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Microsoft office (Specially Excel is must, and SAP program)
- Minimum 5 years experience as Accounting Recievable
- Experience handling transactions of 300 or more
- Conversation High level in English (use for document and clients)
- Able to Do OT after work
- Pleasant personality with team work

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday)
