After Service Engineer (20K–40K) (SDG-95728)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Provide after-sales service support to customers with sense of urgency, prioritize obligations and deadlines
- Coordinate with multiple internal teams throughout the life of onboarding tasks
- Coordinate with Sales / TSS (Technical Sales Support) to understand the scope of work and follow up all technical information / documentation to be completed
- Coordinate with Dispatcher for planning service assignments to support customer requirement
- Coordinate with Service teams for the job assignment, i.e., sites location, contact person, sites regulation and scope of work with completed technical information / documentation
- Coordinate with customers for service schedule, sites & safety regulation, submit necessary documentation as requested and confirm the worksites readiness for specific tasks
- Coordinate with SCM (Supply Chain Management) in case of needed, i.e., sub contractor, transportation, additional spare parts, consumable material, etc.
- Follow up the result / report from Service teams and submit customers to completed the tasks
- Managing, planning, organizing and monitoring schedule of after-sales service jobs
- Technical discussion with customer and internal teams including oversea factories
- Any other ad-hoc task as assigned from the superior from time to time
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 35 years old
- At least Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering
- At least 3 years in Aftersales support, Technical Sales Support or Project Management in related business
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good analytical skills with great sense of urgency and service mind
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Knowledge and experiences in the industrial pumps and any rotating equipment would be highly preferable

Workplace Area: Nong Chok, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:00(Monday-Friday (Work from Home 1 day a week))

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- ให้การสนับสนุนด้านบริการหลังการขายแก่ลูกค้าด้วยความเร่งด่วน จัดลำดับความสำคัญของภาระผูกพันและกำหนดเวลา
- ประสานงานกับทีมภายในหลายทีมตลอดอายุของงานออนบอร์ด
- ประสานงานกับ Sales / TSS (Technical Sales Support) เพื่อทำความเข้าใจขอบเขตงานและติดตามข้อมูลทางเทคนิค / เอกสารทั้งหมดให้แล้วเสร็จ
- ประสานงานกับ Dispatcher เพื่อวางแผนงานบริการเพื่อรองรับความต้องการของลูกค้า
- ประสานงานกับทีมบริการสำหรับการมอบหมายงาน เช่น ที่ตั้งของไซต์ ผู้ติดต่อ ระเบียบของไซต์ และขอบเขตของงาน พร้อมข้อมูลทางเทคนิค / เอกสารประกอบที่ครบถ้วน
- ประสานงานกับลูกค้าเพื่อกำหนดการบริการ สถานที่ และกฎระเบียบด้านความปลอดภัย ยื่นเอกสารที่จำเป็นตามที่ร้องขอ และยืนยันความพร้อมของหน้างานสำหรับงานเฉพาะ
- ประสานงานกับ SCM (Supply Chain Management) ในกรณีที่จำเป็น เช่น ผู้รับเหมารายย่อย การขนส่ง อะไหล่เพิ่มเติม วัสดุสิ้นเปลือง ฯลฯ
- ติดตามผล/รายงานจากทีม Service และส่งลูกค้าเพื่อให้งานเสร็จสิ้น
- บริหารจัดการ วางแผน จัดระเบียบ และติดตามตารางงานบริการหลังการขาย
- การสนทนาทางเทคนิคกับลูกค้าและทีมงานภายในรวมถึงโรงงานในต่างประเทศ
- งานเฉพาะกิจอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้าเป็นครั้งคราว
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 25 - 35 ปี
- วุฒิไม่ต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล, เมคคาทรอนิกส์, ไฟฟ้า, อุตสาหการ หรือเคมี
- อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในการสนับสนุนหลังการขาย, การสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิคการขาย หรือการบริหารโครงการในธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถเขียนและพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์และทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดี
- มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ที่ดี, มีความเร่งด่วนและมีใจรักงานบริการ
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- มีความรู้และประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับปั๊มอุตสาหกรรมและอุปกรณ์หมุนต่างๆ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
