Admin Staff (14K-16K) (JO-180515-162246)
Work outline: Responsible for administrative tasks to support business operation
Duties & Responsibilities:
Handle contract documents to support business operation team
Handle phone calls and coordinate with responsible person
Booking flight tickets and car for the management
Handle general administrative tasks
Act as a coordinator between department to department
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Female, age 23-30 years
Bachelor’s degree in any related field
Welcome fresh graduate
1-2 years of experience in admin role
Willing to work every other Saturday
Good for MS office computer skill (Word, Excel)
Preferable:
Experience dealing with contract documents
Live close to the office location
Familiar with Japanese culture
Own car/ driving license ( for commute to work)
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Ratchadaphisek, Bangkok
Working Hour: 08:30 – 17:30 (Mon to Saturday) *2 times off on Saturdays in a month
