About this Job
Work outline: To Manage overall admin work, set meetings, and make reports. Organize internal work flow and coordinate with each section to promise a smooth working environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Support company’s internal needs and write reports of each meetings
Ø Manages and maintains good work flow to minimize internal problems and increase efficiency
Ø Communicates with each section to ensure all information are well spread throughout every section in the company
Ø Provide assistance to drivers, managers and other employees regarding procedure and other support
Ø Maintain confidentiality of internal and financial information and other sensitive information
Ø Works assigned schedule, exhibits regular and predicable attendance
Ø Mainly use Excel (Pivot Table & V-lookup) to manage client data on a daily basis
Ø Perform other related duties as required form the company
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 25-35 years
Ø Bachelor degree in business administration, Language, or any computer/IT field.
Ø Good computer skills able to use internet functions
Ø Computer literate in Microsoft office, Excel (Pivot Table & V-lookup), power point
Ø Good communication in ENGLISH [ JAPANESE IS A PLUS]
Preferable:
Ø 1-3 years of experience in related field
Ø Able to work under pressure, can develop good Team work and good relation
Ø Self-motivated
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: BTS Samrong
Working Hour: 08:00 - 17:00 MON-FRI
