About this Job
Work outline: To lead, supervise and conduct Human resources & general affair functions. To streamline HR process & procurement process relevant to Group’s policy and work in collaboration with admin members in overseas subsidiary countries.

Ø HR database & analysis
Human resource development
Ø On board training program
Ø People training
Ø People development plan & talent review
Ø Performance evaluation system
General Affair
Ø Purchasing
Ø Office administrative issues; rental agreement, renovation, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.
Ø EXPAT visa & work permit
Ø Activity & event; Annual staff party, company trip, CSR, etc.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Female, age above 35 years old
Ø Bachelor Degree or higher in HR or related fields
Ø Minimum 10 years’ experience in Administrative Management ,HR management or Development
Ø Excellent team leader & interpersonal skill, collaboration, and dynamic
Ø Excellent people analysis
Ø Project management
Ø Influent English
Ø MS office skill
Ø Innovative, change management
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Ploenchit
Working Hour: Monday – Friday (9:00 – 18:00)
