Work outline: In charge of all of accounting tasks
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Overall finance and accounting functions including; monthly closing, financial statement, and cash flow, liaison with Revenue Dept.
Ø Participate in establishing an annual budget for the company. Leading the companies budgeting process
Ø Prepare the monthly/quarterly accounting (P/L and Balance sheet)
Ø Solve the problem that happened
Ø Analyst data and report to JP management
Ø Review company bottlenecks and recommend changes to improve the overall level of company throughput
Ø Preparation of annual accounts
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality , Male or Female , age 24-35 years old
Ø Bachelor's degree
Ø At least 2-5 year experience as accounting staff
Ø Have a good negotiation skill
Ø Interested in Real estate business
Ø PC Skill (MS Office) *Ability to create some documents
Preferable:
Ø Have CPD
Ø Able to speak Japanese
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: BTS Asok
Working Hour: 08.30 - 17.30 (Mon - Fri)
