Accounting Officer (Trading Company) (30K–45K) (SDG-115054)
<Job responsibilities>
• Report to Japanese/Thai auditor (Such as Monthly report, VAT and petty cash report, exchange rate, cash flow, cash flow etc.)
• Issue Invoice, WHT, Billing receipt issuing to customers.
• Input inventory, all expenses into accounting system.
• Handle for Japanese document, re-entry visa, work permit, notice 90days report, appointment date to visit immigration. (contact with a lawyer)
• Prepare finance statement, payment to shipper & maker, import duty, VAT import, payment to abroad.
• Calculated management reports., import machine & spare parts cost.
• Prepare and support other accounting. (such as payment to maker and supplier and petty cash etc.)
• Control and looking for a new interest rate income for investment a new deposit.
• Maintaining and control Accounts Receivable files, Input and Output VAT and Payment Voucher files.
• Support payroll, bonus, overtime, personal tax, SSO, provident fund and TAX.
• Control stock& Checking stock balance end of month.
• Support planning zone delivery and handle messenger's job.
• Others as assigned by the supervisor and manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting field
- 5 years of experience in Accounting fields from trading company, (AP, AR, Control Stock Balance)
- Conversational middle-high level in English and Can Communicate well (use for Do documents and talk with internal Japanese management)
- Proficient in MS Excel
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Working Experience at Japanese or MNC company
- Japanese Speaking is an advantage
- Experience in CD organizer accounting software is be advantage
- Have CPD or CPA license and accounting closing Experience
- analytical skills with Ability to work well under pressure within limited time frames.
- Honesty, Good personality, Good attitude
