Accounting Officer (20K-30K) (SDG-27875)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
 Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
 Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
 Manage the registration and physical check of company's fixed assets
 Process the entries of cash movement, assist in preparing of daily / monthly cash flow statement and coordinate with the banks for the company's transactions
 Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
 Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records and etc. as assigned
 Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
 Prepare and submit weekly / monthly report
 Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly / yearly closings
 Assist with other accounting projects



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 23 – 28 years old
 Bachelor's Degree in Accounting field
 1-3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance
 Knowledge of accounting principles (AP/AR/Invoice)
 Understand taxation and other accounting regulation
 English : Able to communicate with Japanese by using English

Workplace Area: MRT Thailand Cultural Center, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri and 5 Sat per year)
