Work outline: Responsible for accounting functions
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Maintains accurate ledgers, journals, and accounting records
Ø Ensure payments to suppliers & others are done on timely
Ø Handling AP/AR and tax WHT 3, 53, PP.30 PND 50, 51 and any relevant
Ø Primary responsibility is to prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule
Ø Prepare monthly account reconciliations
Ø Assist with financial and tax audits
Ø Assist with preparing tax returns and financial reporting requirements
Ø Assist with quarterly producer consolidation reports
Ø Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls
Ø Other projects as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, male/female, age 30-35 years
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Ø Accounting experience ( 1-2 years)
Ø Highly detail oriented and organized in work
Ø Familiar with Micro Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Ø English ability : Conversational level
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: None
