Accounting Manager (Office design industry) (55K-80K) (SDG-22302)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Control outsourcing company
 Managing the delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting and tax.
 Supervising and monitoring team members for AR,AP,GL.
 Review reconciliations to ensure that they are prepared properly and follow-up on any unusual items.
 Preparation of monthly and yearly financial statement report and account closing (created by BS / PL / CF).
 Analyze financial data and improve operation in terms of accounting
 Prepare report in accordance with management require.
 Preparation cash flow projection, to strengthen the finance procedure
 Monitoring and controlling budget and report budget for the company.
 Preparation of tax return form
 Response to tax investigation
 Monitor tax PND. 3,53 and check the accuracy of PP.30
 Prepare for PND.1 / PND.51 / PND.50
 Create consolidated settlement package with requirement in accordance with Japan parent company.
 Create account explanation materials for Japanese parent company
 Prepare financial statement for auditor and Interact with external auditors in completing review & audits.
 Monitor and control inventory, quality control, import material from oversea and cost of goods.
 Optimize and implement new ERP system - in future
 Maintenance and construction of internal control
 Attend Meeting of Board of Directors
 Other tasks as assigned



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, male/female, 35-50 years
 Bachelor's degree
 English Level : Advanced conversation level (Able to communicate with Japanese Management)
 Working experience in MNC company
 Accounting experience for at least five years
 Experience of change and implementation of ERP System (accounting software)
※Company is planning to change Accounting software from original to new software like Quickbooks.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Experience of dealing with global branches for consolidated settlement
 CPA or CPD certification
 Japanese Language Skill
