Work outline: Responsible for accounting tasks in area of taxation including; oversea transaction, local expense, Output and Input VAT etc.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Check Purchase-Oversea transaction
· Check transaction date with document support (B/L)
· Check Company name and address and completeness of approval.
· Calculate withholding Tax and VAT, in accordance with Revenue Code and DTA
· Reconcile with Data in system and completely submit to finance for payment on schedule.
· Provide official withholding Tax certificate issued by The Revenue Department to foreign supplier.
Check Local expense
- Check the completeness of documents follows Revenue code.
- Check completeness of approval as per authorization matrix.
- Identify withholding Tax and VAT , in accordance with Revenue Code.
Check and summarize Output Vat and Input Vat
· Check the completeness of documents follows Revenue code.
· Follow-up related parties to completely submit documents on time.
· Prepare Monthly Vat Report
Other assignment related to Tax
· Support tax officer or other related parties.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 23-30 years
Ø Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting , Business Administration or related field
Ø Having experience at least 2 years in Accounting (Tax operation , Oversea withholding tax , VAT or corporate income tax would be advantage )
Ø Quick learner , Positive thinking and has service mind
Ø Must have strong ability in communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ø Good command in English
Preferable:
Ø Working experience in automotive / Parts Company
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Workplace Area: BTS Surasak /BTS Chongnonsri
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri) **1 Saturday per month depends on company’s calendar**
