Accounting Assistant Manager @Chonburi
(50K-70K) (JO-180327-150501)
Work outline: Be responsible for managing all accounting and finance transaction, financing, make finance related reports to Japan, and analyze them process
Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform full spectrum of accounting functions and financial affairs, and manage all accounting & finance transaction such as AP, AR, GL and operation with team members
Establish proper procedures for cash management and credit control
Responsible for Credit control, Royalty, Taxes, Bank reconciliation, Financial statement and Management reports
Create, analyze financial statement and coordinate with accounting team of HQ in Japan
Prepare and responsible for tax return; Finalize taxes annual and mandatory reports for government
Responsible for drafting Yearly Budgeting and Mid –Term Plan for the company
Maintain General Ledger and Assets register
Liaise with auditors (outsource), bankers, governmental departments and other external bodies
Control Cash flow, identify possible and better source of funds
Make report for cost accounting to provide proper financial advice to each departments
Create necessary finance related reports in Excel sheet, then report the analysis to Japan HQ regularly
Other task that assigned from management

Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality , Male/Female, age 37-45 years old
Bachelor‘s degree
At least 10 -15 years’ experience in Accounting & finance field, including cost accounting, in manufacturing company
Advanced conversation level of English
At least 5 years’ experience in management level
Person who can commute to work by herself/himself



Preferable:
Japanese language skill
Has CPD license

Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: Preferable



Workplace Area: Company Bus in Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri) *Saturday working: Every other Saturday
