Accounting Assistant Manager @Rayong (55K-60K) (SDG-50230) <Job Responsibilities> Supervise and Monitor to payments, received activities and following the results from customer and mainly in Costing and Inventory Supervising the day-to-day operation of the Accounting team and verifying all accounting entries and providing consultation in relation to any accounting standard matters for corrective and adjustment and improvement. Reviewing fixed assets physical count, prepare write off assets list and monitoring and controlling of the property/asset register and depreciation calculation sheet. Participating in various aspects of the monthly/quarterly closing process, including the preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations. Coordination with the external auditor, actuary, revenue department for any financial matters or required/requested information. Handle full set of accounts including month-end closing and year-end audit activities. Assist budget and forecast control management Preparing the statutory Financial Statement and notes and ensuring the accuracy of all related information. Review VAT report/PP.30, PP36 and special business tax (PT40), WHT/PND 3,53,54 and submission on time. Other ad-hoc/assignments.
