Work outline: Responsible for accounts receivable tasks and support team
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Send billing invoice to customer
Ø Confirm invoice payment with customer and record Receipt Voucher
Ø Issue Receipt / Tax invoice and pink cheque
Ø Follow up AR outstanding
Ø Coordinate with other Brunches in Thailand
Ø Other tasks assigned by Manager
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Female, age 35-40 years
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Financial
Ø At least 5 years accounting experience in Logistic/Freight Forwarder/ supply chain industry
Ø Deeply understand both Account Payable and account receivable
Ø Able to communicate in English which related to accounting matters
Ø Able to manage of software & system
Ø Formal, interpersonal communication, and collaboration skills
Preferable:
Ø Working experience in Japanese company will be advantage
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: MRT Sukhumvit / BTS Asoke
Working Hour: Monday – Friday [08:30 – 17.30]
About the Benefit
Salary: 45,000 – 70,000 THB including all allowance
