Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Finance Officer
-Cheque management
-Pay in
-Filling
-AP controlling
-AR control assisting
Ø Accounting Officer
-Fixed asset management
-Record accrued expense in GL
-Reporting assistance for management and headquarter.
-Account breakdown
-Inventory (including checking document, slow moving stock reporting)
-Reporting to Japanese parent company (monthly, quarterly)
-(Develop report and submit to parent company. Formats are available)
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Female, Age 28-32 years old
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related fields.
Ø More than 5 years of experiences in the accounting field in the company as follow:
・More than approx. 20 employees working preferred.
・Foreign company (Japanese company preferred)
Ø SAP knowledge
Ø EXCEL basic
Preferable:
Ø Issuing check, pay-in
Ø Record accrued expense in GL
Ø VAT reconcile
Ø Cost accounting
Ø Fixed asset book control in Manufacturer
Ø Foreign currency control
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: MRT Lumpini
Working Hour: 9:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
