<Saturday Working: Depends on business calendar (Only Fifth Saturday working)>

<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Able to work in the Account and Finance tasks.
- Able to communicate with the head office in Japan.
- Able to report immediately to the MD in case of trouble.

<Job Responsibilities>
- Perform full spectrum of accounting and financial functions.
- Establish proper procedures for cash management and credit control
- Responsible for Weekly and monthly closing, Credit control, Royalty, Taxes, Bank reconciliation, Financial statements, and Management reports.
- Prepare cash flow reports, and also finalize financial statements
- Analyse financial statements and coordinate with the accounting team.
- Responsible for drafting the budget for the company.
- Control Cash flow, and identify the possible and better source of funds.
- Make report for cost accounting to provide proper financial advice to each department. (To Japanese HQ also)
- Other task will be assigned.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Accounting and financials in any manufacturing industry
- At least 3 years of experience as Accounting and Financial Assistant Manager or higher
- Conversational middle level of English or conversational Japanese level. (For report Japanese MD and Japanese HQ)
- People with good communication skills in English or Japanese (People who can report, communicate, and consult before problems occur.)
- Ability to understand and prepare financial statements.
- Ability to understand BOI
- Have CPD license
*Ability to plan financial forecasts in the short, medium, and long term.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Have experience in import and export tasks
・Conversational Japanese level.
