Accounting and Finance Department Manager (70K-100K) (SDG-29532) <Job Responsibilities> To manage all areas related to financial and accounting including general ledger accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, taxation, fixed assets and treasury. To be responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly and year-ended financial reports. To prepare budget for company and cash flow forecast report. To prepare timely management reports and do any ad hoc assignments as assigned by general manager, managing director or Japan headquarter. To liaise with external auditors, tax agent, legal agent and financial institutions. To deal with internal auditors (J-SOX) for the improvement of accounting internal control system. To manage a team of 15 accounting staffs (both Bangkok office and Leam Chabang office).

<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Male,Female age 35-45 years old Bachelor’s Degree of Civil Engineering or related engineering filed At least 10-15 years of working experience in accounting and financial filed, with at least 5 or more years in management level CPD License IFRS (International Financial Report Standards), Thai GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principle) and taxation knowledge Excellent analytical, problem solving, critical thinking, decision making, and leadership skills Reconciliation skills, keep in details and working on accuracy effectively Good command of spoken and written English (Report, Presentation, Internal Coordination) Good command of skill in Microsoft Office, particularly in MS.Excel <Preferable Skill / Experience> CPA License Logistics business background Knowledge of SAP and J-Sox Pivot Table, Vlookup, SumProduct proficiency Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area BTS Saladang, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 70,000–100,000THB About the company Products: Shipping Forwarder, Warehousing, Domestics Transportation, International Transportation, Air Service, Tax Refund, Third-Party Logistics Service.
