Work outline: Responsible for Accounting & Taxation & Finance & HR & Administration function
Duties & Responsibilities:
Accounting & Taxation
Ø Full spectrum of accounting functions
Ø Internal Controls
Ø Monthly review of Management Account
Ø Comply with local Accounting standards & Tax regulations
Ø Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and other relevant authorities
Finance
Ø Working Capital management
Ø liaise with external bankers, if required
HR & administration
Ø Full spectrum of HR & Office Administrations
Ø Comply with local employment regulations & MFA internal policies
Ø Provide orientation and guidance to new employees on board
Ø Provide support to Management for any ad-hoc duties and projects
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, male/female, age 28-38 years
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or any related field
Ø 3 - 5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance
Ø Experience in accounting business as a management level
Ø Experience work in Japanese company or understanding of Japanese culture
Ø Good knowledge of Thailand’s Finance and tax legislation and HR field
Ø Proficient in Microsoft office software.
Ø Good command of English(contact to Singapore office)
Ø Good personality (Integrity, ambition, teamwork, interpersonal relationship, concern)
Ø Not Job hopper
Preferable:
Ø Japanese Skill
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: (BTS) Asok/(MRT) Sukuhmvit
Working Hour: 09:00 – 18:00 (Mon - Fri)
