Work outline: Responsible for accounting tasks under accounting manager and other administrative jobs
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Input data into the system, Quick booking
Ø Follow up invoice, Tax invoice.
Ø Prepare all payment vouchers
Ø Issue withholding Tax Certifications.
Ø Filing all of the documents.
Ø Prepare invoice, receipts, tax invoice to HQ
Ø Prepare budget to MD (every month, quarter, yearly, Can reply reason why different between estimated & Budget)
Ø Other tasks as assign by Japanese & Thai staffs.
Ø Accommodation (hotel, car, driver, golf, translator)
Ø Document management (brochure, scan, print, file, listing, database)
Ø Other supplementary tasks in the intervals of accountant tasks
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 24-35 years
Ø Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Ø At least 1-2 years working experience in Accounting fields
Ø Good knowledge in accounting
Ø Good command in English
Ø Computer literate
Ø Knowledge in software ‘’Express “ & Taxation Law (will be implemented soon)
Ø Strong sense of responsibility
Ø Ability to work under pressure
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Workplace Area: BTS Asoke
Working Hour: 8.00 – 17.00 (Monday – Friday)

Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 THB exclude allowance
