เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายจัดซื้อ
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts with Indonesia suppliers.
• Import and export some parts
• Find suppliers and estimate competitive quotes in Thailand
• Manage delivery plan
• Deliver date negotiation and note residual management
• Other tasks as assigned by manager
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 23-40 years
• Bachelor’s Degree
• English: advance conversational high level (TOIEC 650 over)
• At least 3 years experience as purchase
• Working experience in Japanese company
• Ability of closing, negotiation and residual management with supplier (Indonesia)
• Can commute to work by themselves
• Good Excel and Word skill (Pivot)
• Can speak Japanese or Indonesian is preferable
• Experience of Automotive industry is preferable

• Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Saturday Working: It depends on company's calendar. 2 times per month on average)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•เจรจาข้อตกลงที่ดีที่สุดสำหรับการกำหนดราคาและสัญญาจัดหากับซัพพลายเออร์ในอินโดนีเซีย
•นำเข้าและส่งออกบางส่วน
•ค้นหาซัพพลายเออร์และประเมินราคาที่แข่งขันได้ในประเทศไทย
•จัดการแผนการจัดส่ง
•ส่งมอบการเจรจาวันที่และบันทึกการจัดการที่เหลือ
•งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ผู้จัดการมอบหมาย
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 23-40 ปี
•ปริญญาตรี
•ภาษาอังกฤษ: การสนทนาขั้นสูงระดับสูง (TOIEC 650 ขึ้นไป)
•ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในการซื้อ
•ประสบการณ์การทำงานใน บริษัท ญี่ปุ่น
•ความสามารถในการปิดเจรจาและการจัดการส่วนที่เหลือกับซัพพลายเออร์ (อินโดนีเซีย)
•สามารถเดินทางไปทำงานด้วยตัวเอง
•ทักษะ Excel และ Word ที่ดี (Pivot)
•สามารถพูดภาษาญี่ปุ่นหรือชาวอินโดนีเซียได้
•ควรมีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์
