Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
・Support for cost accounting and procurement
・Handling data analysis such as cost and material price by using excel file
・Contact and negotiation about cost with suppliers via phone and email
・Find new supplier in the list and contact with them
・Making document ordered by Japanese Manager or Vietnamese Leader
・Having communication with internal Purchasing department staff and clients
・Other tasks assigned by Japanese Manager or Leader
<Hiring Schedule>
- Expected 1st interview date : After 2-3 days after CV screening
- How many round interview : 2 times
- Expect joining day : ASAP, up to candidate condition
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor Degree
・Gender: Female
・Age: 24 - 35 years old
・Having working experience as a Accounting or Estimate, inventory control staff in any industry around 2 years
・Good at using excel
・Strong at numbers
・Language:
1. Japanese Business Level (Prefer to have N2) and English Conversational level (Reading and writing)
2. English Business level : around TOEIC 700 (Reading and writing, speaking well)
・Willing to do detailed work (such as paper work, put into the date)
・Personality : Cheerful, positive thinking, enthusiastic, detail-oriented person
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience related cost department in Manufacturing company (Electrical Machine Parts company : such as semiconductor)
・Having working experience in Japanese company
