<Job Responsibilities> - Manage and update the company's website and social media accounts. - Learn and analyze customer needs in the market and related issues. - Create product marketing plans from analyzed data and company policies. - Find out and analyze information about competitors' marketing programs. - Deploy dynamic market survey activities and support for sales staff. - Evaluate and analyze the results of implemented marketing programs to propose more effective changes and improvements. - Manage the budget and marketing team and deploy the group's operations. - Other tasks as assigned by the department director

<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor's Degree in marketing, Business Administration ・Language: English - Business Level ・Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Marketing Project Leader in any industry <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience in Japanese manufacturing company ・Experience in Livestock feed ・Can use Japanese
