• Make training plan for staffs
• Edit and arrange training documents
• Organize, prepare and directly process internal training courses
• Monitor and manage other training courses
• Prepare monthly and quarterly training reports
• Other tasks as required by superiors

- Education: Bachelor degree in major Education/Electrical/Electronics
- Language: not required
- Experience: 2 years of experience as Training staff about QC, Production in Japanese manufacturing companies; OR 2 years of experience as Training staff in Japanese manufacturing companies + have knowledge about QC, Production
- Have knowledge about ISO, TS16949, 7 QC tools, and factory management skills
- Training skills, teamwork skills, good planning skills
