Job Description
- Manager 1 staff and report to Vietnamese Sales Manager * Accounting task : - Implement and operate the accounting department: - Organize the company's accounting system, conduct recording any arising business account. - Fully set up and send in time the accounting and settlement reports as stipulated by the State and the company's internal regulations. * Financial task: - Participate in operating the finance and accounting control system, internal control system. - Control all sales, costs, liabilities and ensure solvency of the company - Advise financial aspects for the CEO and other departments on all decisions on accounting, investment, finance, accounting and legal matters of the Company. - Participate in planning and controlling the implementation of the Company's strategy, financial strategy, tax strategy ... etc. - Ensure the integrity and quality of reports related to finance and accounting, tax .. - Report and explain the business results to the CEO and the investor when required. - Working with partners and banks in matters related to the Company's capital.
Job Requirement
Essential Requirements : - Graduated from University or higher in Finance and Accounting - At least 3 years of experience in the role of chief accountant - Certified Chief Accountant. - Can communicate in English or / and Japanese - Leadership skill Desirable requirements : - Priority is given to people with experience in logistics.
