JOB DUTIES
- Job Responsibilities:
- Influence, consult, collaborate and be a thought leader to Hiring Managers, Human Resources Business Partners and Talent Acquisition leaders and all company stuffs.
- Manage full recruitment process for assigned areas
- Develop actionable strategies and staffing plans to support hiring needs, leverage internal and external resources to meet plans
- Source, engage and assess talent
- Build robust talent pipelines
- Deliver best in class hiring experience to all stakeholders including candidates and other business partners
- Communicate plans and activities proactively
- Anticipate challenges and obstacles
- Business trip to all over the world for recruiting process for each country for once per month.
- They have partner companies and organization in UK/ US/ Abudabi/ Hong Kong/ Taiwan/ Japan/ Shanghai/ Botswana/ Poland/ Switzerland/ Kenya/ Nigeria/ Shanghai/ Japan/ Hong Kong, etc.
- Join the major Blockchain, Game Industry and Fintech Conference in each country and Recruit competent people (Philippines/ Malaysia/ German/ US/ UK, etc.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Desirable Background and Experience:
- More than 7 year experience with talent acquisition, Recruitment Process
- Demonstrated sourcing experience to include internet, research and cold calling.
- Superior assessment and influencing skills
- Developed business acumen and intellectual curiosity
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven experience communicating with Executives and recognizable, confident executive presence
- Strong organizational and follow through skills, with focus on attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple searches/projects while remaining flexible to changing priorities
- Strong ethics and integrity
- Ability to build relationship with all levels within an organization
- Passion, self-motivation, drive and urgency to deliver business results
- Deep listening and inquiry
- Must have “hunter” mindset
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable with ambiguity or working in gray

- English fluency, Japanese ability is a plus
- Lawyer Certificate and Accountant Certificate is a plus for The Inhouse legal counselor cum comptroller
