JOB DUTIES

 Report to 2 Japanese Managers

 Assigned to Web Marketing Business team

 Job Responsibilities:

- The Web Marketing Business team will be responsible for the organization and report of data related to Web advertisement (such as web access management)

- Directly coordinate with Japanese clients (who are currently the company’s residents) and manage the Vietnamese staffs at the same time

- Interpret and communicate in Japanese with clients in order to provide work guidance and explain the company and project’s rules to staffs, also manage work progress and team morale, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 Desirable Background & Experience:

- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

- Language Skills: Japanese business level (at least N2)

- Have relevant working experience and knowledge in IT industry (IT related terms are frequently used)

- Basic PC skills and intermediate Excel skills (can use function, pivot table)

- Others (Preferable): Work or study abroad experience in Japan
