JOB DUTIES

 Report to Manager

 Main Tasks:

- Make strategy to attract client 

- Market research (price, target, products….)

- Analyze effect of advertisement business proposal of housing project, cost adjustment

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 Desirable Background & Experience:

- Qualification: Bachelor Degree 

- Language Skills: English - business level 

- Staff level: 2 years’ experience in Marketing related to Real Estate field 

- Manager level: 5 years’ experience in Marketing related to Real Estate field

 Desirable Character:

- Gender: Any

- Age: under 35
