Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible for internal system operation required for warehouse and delivery operations on a PC.
- Handle customers' calls and enquiries on delivery operations.
- Liaise with delivery staff/stores to solve problems on delivery.
- Handle and inspect furniture before/after the delivery (for heavy items, by two people)
- Cooperate with partner companies to improve warehouse/delivery operations.
- Provide daily administrative and operational support to the department.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management from time to time.
- Managing a team of three members
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree or above
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: 5 years of experience as Warehouse management staff (prefer candidates have experience in leading team)
・Ability of analysis and problem-solving skill
・Good at MS Office (Excel), good computer literacy
・Wiling to change the current situation and take on new challenges
・Proactive, fast learner and committed to work preferred
