Job Description
<Position Objective/Expectation > - Support for a license application for imported goods, management of the import process, and Language translation for product labels <Job Responsibilities> - Researching products imported from Japan and applying to government agencies for import licenses (mainly cosmetics, but other products are also imported). - Once licensed, acting as a representative for the Japanese company to handle business and logistics tasks. - Entering licensed product information and updating the logistics management system. - Managing inventory, placing orders, packaging, and other administrative tasks. Collecting 3PL, PL, and other documents/materials from transportation companies and partners. - Also handling export tasks. Transportation, customs clearance, and various documents/materials from the Japanese side. - Processing orders from wholesalers, requesting picking from the warehouse, and confirming delivery.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Language: Business level in Japanese (N2) ・Experience: - At least 3 years of experience in business/logistics. - Clear interest in cosmetics and daily necessities. - Experience in applying for cosmetic import licenses. ・Others: - Has the enthusiasm to work proactively and always has the mindset of "wanting to do." - Has the flexibility to adapt to daily routine tasks without getting bored. - The ability to self-reflect when facing difficulties. ・Proficent in PC Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Have experience or knowledge of Cosmetics license application and registration ・English Language Skills: If available, it's a plus (Must be able to read trade-related documents) ・Experience working at a Japanese company (related to business) is a plus.
