Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible for internal system operation required for warehouse and delivery operations on PC.
- Handle customers' calls and enquiries on delivery operations.
- Liaise with delivery staff/stores to solve problems on delivery.
- Handle and inspect furniture before/after the delivery (for heavy items, by two people)
- Cooperate with partner companies to improve warehouse/delivery operations.
- Provide daily administrative and operational support to the department.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assign by Management from time to time.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: College's Degree or above
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: At least 1 year of working experience (warehouse experience will be preferable)
・Good at MS Office (Excel), good computer literacy
・Wiling to change the current situation and take on new challenges
・Proactive, fast learner and committed to work preferred
