Job Description
<Position Objective/Expectation >
Leading and managing a group of about 20 workers in a product manufacturing process to ensure that it is carried out according to the procedure manual
<Job Responsibilities>
- Reading the work procedures and giving instructions to the workers.
- Managing about 20 workers assigned to each process.
- Controlling each process following hygiene rules
- Reporting problems and proposing improvements
- Manage AP/KPIs and work towards achieving your goals
- Supporting machine inspection activities
*Training will be provided after joining the company, with a planned duration of 3 to 6 months, depending on the employee’s capabilities.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Requirements (2 types of candidates accepted):
1. (With no industry experience)
- Education: Bachelor's degree from a Japanese University
- Language: Fluent Japanese (Equivalent to N1 level)
- Experience: More than 3 years of work experience in any
- (Big plus )Experience: More than 3 years of work experience in Japan as a Full-time worker (Any industry)
- Willing to build a career in the manufacturing industry.
OR
2. (For experienced)
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Language: Intermediate Japanese language(N2)
- Experience: Work experience in Japanese manufacturing industries such as electronics, semiconductors, or chemicals (food experience not required), particularly in production management and operations management roles.
- Understanding of hygiene-conscious operations and quality standards
